Vendor Contract

SHOW LOCATION: The show is located at the NEW Larimer County Fairgrounds, also known as THE RANCH, in the First National Bank Exhibition Hall-West. The new complex is located between Loveland and Ft. Collins, on the East side of Interstate 25 at the intersection with Crossroads, Exit No. 259. The show hall is a non-smoking facility. No food from outside may be brounght into the show hall. Exit I-25 at exit 259 and go north on the east service road to the entrance of the Fairgrounds.

SHOW HOURS: Saturday January 15, 2011 – show hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Showhall will open at 7:30 a.m.) Sunday January 16, 2011 – show hours are 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (show hall will open at 7 a.m.). Please have your booth set up and open both Saturday and Sunday by the start of judging.

BOOTH FACILITIES PROVIDED: Each booth will be approximately 100 square feet (10’ x 10’). One 8 foot table, and one chair are provided with each paid booth space. Additional spaces are the same price. Additional tables within the same space are $15. Please indicate if you will need to be close to a power outlet.

FEES: Each booth is $50.00. Booth fees must be enclosed with signed contract and received by January 13, 2011, to reserve a space. Payment may be made by cash, check or money order. Refund of booth fees will be made up to 2 weeks prior to show date. After that time, no refunds will be made. Make all checks and money orders payable to: COWBOY COUNTRY CAT FANCIERS. Fees must be paid in order to guarantee a space.

ADVERTISING: In order for the exhibitors to contact you after the show, please consider advertising in our show catalog. The rates are reasonable. The catalog size is 8-1/2” x 11”. Advertising must be camera ready and sent (either by mail or e-mail) to the vendor coordinator by Monday, January 11, 2011.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Set-Up: Friday, January 14, 2011 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. or
  Saturday, January, 15, 2011 – The show hall will be open at 7:30 a.m. You will NOT be able to drive a
vehicle into the show hall on Saturday morning to unload product.
Closing: The show hall must be vacated by 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 16,2011.
Decorating: All booth decorating is the individual vendor’s responsibility. Vendors may furnish their own
tables, table cloths, table skirts, and chairs. Vendor must furnish their own power cords.

LIABILITY: Cowboy Country Cat Fanciers and/or Larimer County Fairgrounds will not be liable for any loss or damage that may be sustained by vendors as a result of participation in this event. It is strongly suggested that vendors have proper insurance protection. Please check the requirements of the State of Colorado concerning the collection of sales tax at this function.

IMPORTANT SHOW RULES:
This show is a CAT FANCIERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. show and all show rules will apply. Among those are:
1. ONLY Domestic Felines are allowed in the show hall. All felines must be at least 4 months of age. (No pet dogs allowed in booth spaces.)
2. NO filled balloons or any type allowed.
3. Radios, TV’s DVD’s, VCR’s and electronic display signs are allowed, but the volume may be restricted by show
management. Other noise producing services are not allowed.
4. Distribution of brochures, pamphlets and leaflets is limited to the top exhibitor cages.
5. Anyone soliciting a product or service must have a booth contract.
6. Selling of human food products must have prior approval of show management.
