SHOW HOURS:  Check-in -Sat. 8:00 to 9:00AM  Show Hours: – Sat 9:30AM to 5PM, Sun 9:00AM to 4:00PM.  All entries are expected to remain in the show hall until the advertised closing time.  Early departure without permission of the show manager can result in all wins being voided.  Kittens and HHPs are exempt from this rule.

NO KITTENS UNDER 4 MONTHS  of age will be allowed in the show hall. Please Note: Colorado State Law prohibits the sale of cats or kittens from the show hall.  Only those cats/kittens entered in the show will be allowed in the show hall.

CFA SHOW RULES:  This is a CFA licensed show and CFA show rules will be strictly enforced.  Show rules may be obtained by sending $7.00 to CFA, 260 East Main Street Alliance, OH 44601.  Ribbons and Rosettes will be awarded according to CFA rules.  All championship, premiership and kittens will be scored for CFA Regional and National Awards.

THIS IS A NON-VETTED SHOW.  All entries should be vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies, and be tested for feline leukemia before entry.  Cats must be free of fleas, ear mites, fungus and any contagious illness.  All claws must be clipped.  Declawed cats are not eligible for entry (including HHP).

ENTRIES:  All fees must accompany the entry.  No entry fee will be refunded for failure to bench.  There will be a $50.00 Charge for returned checks.  Please inform the entry clerk if you are bringing your own cages.  Please note: Double Security cages require the purchase of an extra ½ cage space.

SHOW HALL:  The show will be located at the Larimer County Fairgrounds, also known as THE RANCH, in the First National Bank Exhibition Hall West. The complex is located between Loveland and Ft. Collins, on the East side of Interstate 25 at the intersection with Crossroads Blvd, Exit no. 259.  Cats may NOT be left in the show hall over night.  The show hall is a non-smoking facility. No food from the outside may be brought into the show hall. Exit I25 at exit 259 and go east on Crossroads Blvd 1/2 mile. Turn left and go 1/2 mile to the entrance of the Fair Grounds. Turn left into the Fair Grounds and follow the curved road around the complex to the Exhibition Hall.

SHOW HOTEL:   There is no Show hotel or motel for this show.  The Ramada Inn (formerly Holiday Inn) at I-25 and exit 269B has been used in the past, as has the Motel 6 at the same exit.  Go to http://www.metrotravelguide.com/hotels/Loveland/CO/USA/ for a better lising of local motels.

SUPPLIES:  Litter will be provided.  Bring your own litter pans, cat food dishes and water dishes. Single cages are 22 x 22 x 22, double cages are 22 x 45 x 22.  Bring cage curtains of your choice to cover the cage sides, back and top.  

New exhibitors may request a copy of “Helpful Hints” from CFA.  Please inform the show manager on check in that you are a new exhibitor and the show committee will help you with your needs.
